The Rocket International AF2426TA is a First Load(TM) adjustable tandem-axle aluminum trailer designed for boats 24 to 26 feet in length. Built in Fort Myers, Florida, it uses a heavy 6.5 in x 25 ft aluminum I-beam backbone with an 80-inch frame width and 30-foot overall frame length, giving lighter hulls in this size range a corrosion-proof, float-on platform. The TA configuration carries a 7,000-lb GVWR; with a trailer weight of roughly 1,100 lbs, that leaves about 5,900 lbs of load capacity for boat, engine, fuel and gear. Twin galvanized torsion axles, disc brakes on all four wheels, and 14-inch Load Range C radial tires are standard, along with adjustable Y-bar hull supports, a keel centering guide, guide poles, aluminum diamond-plate fenders, galvanized wheels and hubs with Posi-Lube grease fittings, adjustable bow stop and winch stand, tongue jack, LED tail lights and side markers, and stainless steel hardware. It suits lighter 24-26 ft center consoles, bay boats and dual consoles; owners of heavier hulls in the same length range should step up to the 10,000-lb GVWR AF2426TC version.
