Bonita Springs Christmas Boat Parade
Celebrate the holiday season in Bonita Springs with the enchanting Bonita Springs Christmas Boat Parade. The Bonita Springs Historical Society is hosting this annual event, which promises to be a spectacular display of lit-up and decorated boats as they gracefully travel the picturesque Imperial River. Set to commence at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 9, the parade departs from the Bay Water Boat Club located at 5124 Bonita Beach Road S.W.
Journeying along the Imperial River and passing beneath U.S. 41 to Jolly Roger Lane, the boats will create a festive spectacle before making a captivating turnaround and heading back to the boat club. Optimal viewing spots include the U.S. 41 Bridge, Riverwalk Park, and the Imperial River Boat Ramp. To ensure the continuity of this festive tradition, donations are graciously welcomed. Cape Coral Holiday Boat-A-Long
Experience the holiday magic at the Cape Coral Holiday Boat-A-Long on December 18, 2021. Boats adorned with festive lights cruise Bimini Basin in this annual event, creating a captivating spectacle. The festivities, held at Four Freedoms Park on December 16 from 4 to 9 p.m., include holiday-themed entertainment, food trucks, crafts, visits from Santa Claus, and an outdoor screening of “The Polar Express.” The highlight is a boat parade featuring dazzling lights and inflatables, departing from the park around 7:15 p.m. This free event invites you to bring your own blankets or lawn chairs for a cozy viewing experience.
