The Magic Tilt TCA2252W is a tandem-axle trailer from the Custom Aluminum (CA) series in welded configuration (the W suffix denotes the welded frame), rated for a 5,200 pound net carrying capacity and custom-fitted at the factory to specific hulls in the 22 to 23 foot class - dealers pair it with boats such as the Sea Hunt 232/232 Ultra, Hydra-Sports 2300BB, Hurricane SD220 and Polar Fishmaster 2450. Unlike the bolt-together ALS line, the CA series uses Magic Tilt's Custom Reinforced Tube (CRT) construction with deep-V cross members and pivot L brackets, welded for a rigid, rattle-free fit, with the bunk setup matched to the boat manufacturer's hull drawings. Running gear is twin galvanized axles with galvanized wheels and 14-inch Load Range C radial tires. Standard equipment includes two sets of carpeted bunks, an adjustable undercarriage, load-bearing aluminum fenders, stainless steel bearing protectors with spindle seals, submersible LED taillights with diamond-deck cover plates, fully grounded wiring, a heavy-duty winch stand with strap and bow-eye safety chain, non-marking bow stop rollers, a deluxe tongue jack with 9-inch wheel, PVC-covered galvanized upright guide poles, stainless steel fasteners and a 10-inch rear roller for transom support. Disc brakes, torsion axles and aluminum wheels are common options.
