The rest are brokerage listings — vessels still owned by a private owner that Fish Tale sells on that owner's behalf, handling the showings, paperwork, and closing from start to finish. Every brokerage boat carries that label on its own listing page, so you always know which one you are looking at before you call. Either way you are working with the same Fish Tale team and the same process.
