Trailer Description
The Magic Tilt TALS31130 (catalogued by Magic Tilt and its dealers as the TTALS31130, the triple-axle version of the ALS adjustable aluminum series) is the largest model referenced here, built for boats 29 to 31 feet long with a 13,000 pound net carrying capacity. Spread across three axles, that rating suits big offshore center consoles and express boats around the 30-foot mark. Total length is approximately 35 feet in this size class. Like the rest of the ALS line, it uses a marine-grade aluminum I-beam frame with deep-V cross members and a fully adjustable bolt-together undercarriage, allowing the trailer to be reconfigured for a different hull. Dealer-listed units include aluminum torsion axles and stainless steel hardware upgrades. Standard ALS-series equipment includes carpeted bunks, load-bearing aluminum fenders, stainless steel bearing protectors with spindle seals, submersible LED lighting with fully grounded wiring, a heavy-duty winch stand with strap and bow-eye safety chain, a tongue jack, PVC-covered galvanized upright guide poles and non-marking bow stop rollers. At this weight class, disc brakes on two or more axles are standard practice for road-legal towing in most states.
