TP2024

The Magic Tilt TP2024 is a tandem-axle galvanized pontoon trailer designed to carry pontoon and tri-toon boats from roughly 18 to 24 feet in length. The standard TP2024-45 configuration provides a 4,500 pound net carrying capacity, an overall length of 26 feet 6 inches and a 94.5 inch total width, riding on 13-inch Load Range C tires. The frame is a fully welded, hot-dipped galvanized steel tube structure engineered for the unique shape of pontoon hulls, with center bunks covered in marine-grade plastic and adjustable support boards to position the tubes correctly. Tandem torsion axles provide a smooth ride and improved corrosion resistance over leaf springs, with a Sure-Lube bearing grease system for easy maintenance. Standard equipment includes a boarding ladder with handrail for hooking up at the ramp, inside guide posts with carpeted boards, submersible LED lighting with fully grounded wiring, galvanized hardware and a tongue jack. The model is offered in both braked and unbraked configurations (dealer listings show TP2024A-45 'with brakes' and 'no brakes' variants), and aluminum-frame versions of the same footprint are also sold for tri-toons.
