The Magic Tilt TP2527 is the long-deck model in Magic Tilt's galvanized tandem-axle pontoon trailer series, sized for pontoon and tri-toon boats from 25 to 27 feet - the largest standard size class in the line (Magic Tilt's pontoon dealers advertise fits from 20 through 27 feet). Like the rest of the TP series, it is built on a fully welded, hot-dipped galvanized steel tube frame shaped specifically for pontoon hulls, with marine-grade plastic-covered center bunks and adjustable support boards to suit standard pontoon or tri-toon configurations. Documented dealer stock includes the TP2527-44 configuration with a 4,400 pound net carrying capacity, appropriate for the long but relatively light hulls of big pontoons; as with other TP models, the numeric suffix denotes the capacity rating and other capacity options are built. Tandem torsion axles with a Sure-Lube bearing grease system carry the load, and standard equipment includes a boarding ladder with handrail, inside guide posts with carpeted boards, submersible LED lighting with fully grounded wiring, galvanized hardware and a tongue jack. Disc brakes, spare tire kits and wheel upgrades are available options. The galvanized construction makes it a strong choice for owners who launch in salt or brackish water where painted steel frames corrode quickly.
