Built by Coyote MFG Co in Nashville, Georgia — Robalo's factory trailer supplier, with dealer inventory listing this size as CMC-246-ALUM — the trailer pairs a welded 5/16-inch aluminum I-beam frame with twin 3,700 lb torsion axles for a 7,400 lb GVWR, comfortably handling the 246 Cayman's roughly 4,000 lb dry hull plus a 300 hp outboard, fuel, and gear. Hydraulic disc brakes on all four wheels provide sure stopping for the heaviest package in the Cayman line. Standard equipment includes 14-inch galvanized wheels, truly submersible LED lighting with coated and loom-wrapped wiring harnesses routed through engineered tracks in the frame, a folding tongue jack, a heavy-duty winch stand with safety straps, trailer side guides, and carpeted bunks set at the factory to the Cayman 246's running surface.
