R160

The Coyote R160 is the factory-matched single-axle aluminum trailer built for the Robalo R160 center console (16 ft 4 in LOA, 7 ft beam). Coyote MFG Co of Nashville, Georgia builds Robalo's factory-matched trailers, located in the same town as the Robalo plant, and each trailer is engineered specifically for the hull it carries. Like all Robalo factory-matched trailers, it is constructed with a heavy 5/16-inch aluminum I-beam frame (thicker than the 3/16-inch beams used by many competitors) with engineered wire tracks that keep wiring hidden and protected. The R160 trailer rides on a single axle with 14-inch tires on galvanized rims and includes truly submersible LED lighting with coated, loom-wrapped harnesses, a folding tongue jack, a winch stand with safety straps, and trailer side guides for easier loading. A swing-away tongue is standard, letting the compact R160 package fit in a standard garage. Carpeted bunks support the hull, and galvanized wheels are standard with optional aluminum wheel and spare tire upgrades. This is the lightest-duty trailer in the Coyote/Robalo factory-matched lineup, sized for a boat with a dry hull weight of roughly 1,600-1,700 lbs.
