Trailer Description
The Coyote C203 is the factory-matched single-axle trailer built by Coyote MFG Co for the Chaparral Vortex 203 VRX jet boat, a 20'3" hull, and it fits similar boats in the 19-20 ft range. Dealer listings for the 203 VRX describe the standard Coyote trailer with a single axle, disc brakes, a swing-away tongue for compact garage storage, 15 in. tires on galvanized wheels, and a black powder-coated finish with custom Vortex graphics. As with all Coyote factory-matched trailers for Chaparral, the bunks are engineered specifically to support the hull they accompany, wiring is run internally for protection, and lighting is truly submersible LED. Transom tie-down straps were included on factory packages. An upgraded aluminum-frame version with a 5/16 in. aluminum I-beam was offered alongside the standard powder-coated steel frame.
