Trailer Description
The Rocket International AP2024TA is a First Load(TM) adjustable tandem-axle pontoon trailer built for pontoon and tri-toon boats from 20 to 24 feet. Constructed in Fort Myers, Florida on a 5.5 in x 23 ft aluminum I-beam frame measuring 80 inches wide and 28 feet long overall, it pairs corrosion-proof aluminum construction with galvanized running gear for long service life in fresh or salt water. The trailer is rated at 7,000 lbs GVWR; at roughly 1,100 lbs empty, it provides about 5,900 lbs of load capacity for the pontoon, engine and gear. Twin galvanized torsion axles smooth out the ride, while disc brakes on all four wheels and 14-inch Load Range C radial tires keep heavier tri-toons under control on the highway. Pontoon-specific equipment includes pressure-treated wood bunks with poly slicks that let the tubes slide on and off easily, side guides, fenders, an adjustable winch stand and bow stop, tongue jack, LED lighting, Posi-Lube hubs and stainless steel hardware. Factory options include a ladder with rail, spare-tire bracket and matching R14 spare. A tri-toon poly cover kit (Part No. 5620) is offered specifically for the AP2024 size.
