The Coyote C223 is the factory-matched trailer Coyote MFG Co built for the Chaparral Vortex 223 VRX jet boat (22'4" LOA), suitable for similar boats in the 21-23 ft range. Like the other Vortex factory trailers, it was supplied through Chaparral dealers as part of the boat package and features hull-specific bunk placement, disc brakes, torsion axle suspension, a swing-away tongue, truly submersible LED lighting with internally routed wiring, galvanized wheels (aluminum wheel upgrade available), and a black powder-coated finish with custom Vortex graphics on the steel version. Coyote's premium aluminum version uses a hand-welded 5/16 in. aluminum I-beam main frame that resists corrosion in fresh and salt water. Trailers in Coyote's 21-23 ft tandem class carry GVWRs around 7,040 lbs with roughly 6,020 lbs of carrying capacity.
