Description

The Yamaha F90LB delivers big-displacement performance in the 90-hp midrange class. Sharing its 1832cc block with the famed F115, this SOHC 16-valve inline-four is under-stressed and torque-rich, yet weighs a class-competitive 353 pounds. Multi-point EFI provides instant starts and smooth, efficient running across the 5300-6300 rpm wide-open-throttle range, and a powerful 35-amp alternator easily supports fish finders, GPS and livewell pumps with charging power to spare. Anglers will appreciate Yamaha's Variable Trolling RPM Switch (VTS), which adjusts trolling speed in 50-rpm increments from the helm, and the built-in freshwater flush device that simplifies post-trip maintenance. The F90LB pairs a 20-inch shaft with remote mechanical controls, electric start and power trim and tilt, making it ideal power for aluminum multi-species boats, bay boats, flats skiffs and mid-size pontoons. It is sold without a propeller so your dealer can spec the correct 15-spline prop, and it carries Yamaha's 3-year limited warranty.
